CONTRACTS MANAGER - TEAM LEAD - MAJOR ORGANISATION

Our client is an industry leader handling a vast portfolio of energy projects around the world.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial contract manager with management experience. 

Based in south west or northeastern Spain, this role will take hands-on responsibility for a regional team of contract managers.

This role will also take the lead on contractual affairs and customer negotiations for the region.

The role demands a senior profile with well developed leadership skills to influence and drive the CM and project teams.

Applicants must have a hands-on approach, extensive full-cycle CM experience for multinationals and the ability to build effective business relationships.

Required:

• Construction / Energy / Power projects background
• Fluent Spanish & English
• Claims, variation and cost control experience
• Team management experience 
• Mid-large project portfolio management experience 
• Based on the ground with prior experience of local operations
