NQ Real Estate Solicitor. BCL Legal is instructed by a highly ranked legal 500 practice in Bristol, seeking to recruit an NQ real estate solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ real estate solicitor to join a leading national practice in Bristol. This real estate team are renowned for the quality of their work, advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies throughout the UK.

This team is lead by real estate partners who are considered to be experts in their field. The successful NQ real estate solicitor joining this outstanding team will manage their own case load of estate management work. Ideally, NQ real estate solicitors applying for this position will have exposure and experience in landlord & tenant work. In this position you will be working on acquisitions for national developers and house builders, on development arrangements including joint venture & partnership arrangements, regeneration & mixed use schemes, acquisitions and disposals.

This role is ideally suited to NQ real estate solicitors however, more senior candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply. Candidates should be able to display an excellent academic background, strong technical skills and commercial awareness. You should also be able to demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. As an experienced commercial property solicitor joining this team you will also be able to display the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service.
