My client is a Top 100 UK multi office law firm now seeking a Planning solicitor to join their expanding Bristol office.
Working closely with a small and friendly team which is headed up by a really personable partner.
You will be a planning solicitor with at least 4 PQE and have experience of working in private practice. You will ideally will have experience in a range of planning and environmental work including both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will involve about 70% non-contentious and 30% contentious matters.
You should have experience dealing with DCOs and an interest in Compulsory Purchase Orders. Additional experience in environmental work would be a bonus for this role although not essential.
