Legal Counsel - 'Number 2' position


You will be joining a hugely successful name in the tech and fintech industries.

The organisation has various international offices, including throughout Europe, in Australasia and the Middle East.


This is a brand newly created position as a result of business growth and success.

You can perform this role mostly from home/remotely should you so wish.  You can also have access to an office base at the organisation's central London HQ.

You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues.

You will report directly into the Head of Legal, in effect acting as the 'Number 2' within the expanding legal team. You will play an integral role in further development of the legal team into 2021 and beyond.

You will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package including bonus component.


You will be a qualified UK qualified Solicitor with approximately 1-4 years' PQE.  You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements.  You will have have spent time with a leading law firm, will have some prior in-house experience and some prior experience of tech/fintech/IT related matters.
