Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining an extremely high-profile organisation with multiple brands and properties.
The organisation has several international offices including in the USA and Australasia.
Role
You will undertake an extremely diverse and varied in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and also getting involved in various wider ad hoc day to day legal issues.
The role will be able to be performed long-term via a mixture of some working from the company's offices on the South West London/Surrey borders and some working from home/flexible working.

You
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE. You will have acquired a range of prior experiences drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. You will have trained and qualified at a top 50 law firm.
Prior experience of the pharma/healthcare sector is not a pre-requisite for this role.
