My client, an excellent and reputable Law firm situated in North Manchester are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for a range of duties, which mainly includes, managing your own caseload of Sale, Purchase and re-mortgages of Residential Properties from inception to completion.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate great experience within Residential Conveyancing and be competent with the full process. Ideally, you will be 5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) and be a team play. In addition, you will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm and to work in a supportive yet busy environment.

Salary for the position is competitive dependant on experience.
