A modern and dynamic law firm in the heart of Liverpool is currently expanding due to an ever-growing client base and looking for a passionate and experienced Litigation Executive (Paralegal/Fee Earner or Solicitor) to join its team.
The firm is recognised across Merseyside for its high-quality work and providing an outstanding service to all clients. This is a multi-service practice, dealing with Personal Injury, Housing Disrepair, Holiday Sickness and Wills & Probate, for both corporate clients and individuals across the UK.
Your new role will see you working alongside the Solicitors and Partners on a variety of Civil Litigation matters, with a focus on Housing Disrepair claims. You'll be a confident litigation executive, experienced in handling your own litigated caseload and seeing a claim through from instruction to settlement. It is essential that you are a confident litigator with a sound knowledge and understanding of the litigation process.
