This unique opportunity will see the successful Commercial Property Solicitor handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters to include pension fund work, landlord and tenant and asset management, acquisitions and disposals as well as Telecoms. The firm have niche expertise in telecoms having worked alongside the main operators for a number of years. This role is a demanding one which is ideal for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor looking to further develop their career with a growing firm. To be the successful Commercial Property Solicitor you will possess a minimum of 8 years’ PQE and be an expert in Commercial Property Law. Ideally, you will have experience in undertaking business development activities and be able to show a determined approach to this in your new role. You must be able to work without supervision and hit the ground running with an existing busy caseload of matters.
