Private Client Lawyer – This top tier Kent firm who are mentioned in Chambers and ranked by Legal 500 have asked us to find them a further private client lawyer to join their thriving team at their West Kent offices.
About the Role
They are looking for either a solicitor or legal executive with 2-3 years PQE, a good background and experience in managing a range of wealth management matters. You will be stepping into an existing caseload and be expected to develop this further. You will need to show a solid understanding of:
- Will drafting
- Probates
- Estate administration
- LPA’s
- COP
- Tax & trust issues
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 PQE
- Proactive approach towards business development
- High standard of client care
- Having STEP membership or working towards it would be a bonus
