My client, an excellent and extremely reputable Legal 500 firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor for their offices in Birmingham City Centre.


The Role:

As the successful Private Client Solicitor, you will have a range of responsibilities and duties, namely including, managing your own caseload from inception to completion which consist of:

  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Estates of Administration

You will also draft a range of documents such as Deeds of Variations and Trusts declaration.



In order to be suitable for this Private Client Solicitor position, you will be able to demonstrate great experience within managing your own caseload within this sector. Ideally, you will be a minimum of 3+ years PQE and be competent in using a case management system. STEP/SFE qualifications would be highly beneficial but not a pre-requisite.



  • Salary DOE £40,000-£48,000
  • 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays
