Conveyancer
Sheffield
QED Legal are working with a well-known Yorkshire practice who are looking for a senior Conveyancer to join their busy team in Sheffield city centre.
Ideally with a minimum of 4 years PQE you will be working with a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, equity release, remortgages, shared ownership and complex title issues.
The role will also involve mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team especially on more technical and complex work.
The department itself is well thought of and over the last few years has been shortlisted for several prestigious conveyancing awards.
The firm is multi-service and will pick up work from internal referrals as well as repeat business, word of mouth recommendations and panel-based introductions.
Salary is highly competitive with a salary up to £45k depending on level of experience and excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (+Bank Hols with option to buy and sell holidays), Health membership, 2 fully paid fundraising days annually.
