THE ROLE:
Due to recent expansion, this excellent Legal 500 recognised firm has an opening for a Graduate Paralegal to join their Corporate and Banking team. The successful candidate will be assisting the expert team on a mixed bag of corporate and banking matters; including drafting and agreeing ancillary documents on banking and corporate transactions (board minutes, shareholder resolutions, disclosure letters & basic security documents).

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Graduate Paralegal will possess excellent academics, ideally with prior exposure to both corporate and banking law. You must be outgoing, hardworking and adopt a flexible and can-do approach to work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines. Training and future career opportunities will be available for the right candidate.
