An award-winning property management law firm is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor/executive with a minimum of two years litigation experience to join its team.
As a litigation solicitor within this team, you will be handling your own caseload of defended litigation at First Tier Tribunal and County Court in relation to unpaid ground rent and service charge along with breach of lease and advice on remedies available to clients. Experience of property law would be advantageous, specifically landlord and tenant work.
To be considered, you must have a proven track record in litigation, a strong understanding of the civil procedure rules and be capable of handling a caseload of matters. Full training will be given in relation to landlord and tenant matters should you only have a broad commercial litigation skill set.
