- Work with senior stakeholders on a broad range of commercial matters

- Support with all areas of commercial, IT/Software, IP, licensing, compliance and DP matters

- Build strong business relationships with internal & external stakeholders

- Able to work autonomously and confident in ability

- Be a IT/Software industry expert and provide accurate and timely advice to the wider business

- Project work

Profile

Ideally the candidate will be:

- Australian qualified lawyer (desirable) due to ongoing project work OR highly experience IT/Software lawyer

- Experience working with Australian company/ exposure in this jurisdiction

- Extensive in-house exposure (preferably within TMT/ Software business)

- Able to adapt to different areas of work and prioritise

- Able to work independently and build strong business relationships

- 8 years PQE and above
