An experienced residential conveyancer is required to work for a leading Legal 100 law firm based in the Southampton area. My client is a leading, highly respected national law firm and is looking for a 5+ years PQE qualified Solicitor to join this busy department.
You will have the ability to manage a high volume conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. You will also supervise 3 junior fee earners in the team, so management experience is a must.
In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
