This leading challenger tech business is setting standards in sales & marketing insights & software. A rising star that is growing and as such is recruiting an additional Legal Counsel - Commercial/Tech into their Surrey team.
Description
The Legal Counsel - Commercial/Tech will join a small legal team in Surrey that supports a fast paced technology business. You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting & negotiating a broad range of agreements including but not limited to:
- Sales Agreements
- Ts&Cs
- technology / saas agreements
- privacy agreements
- marketing agreements
Profile
The ideal Legal Counsel - Commercial/Tech will have qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales having completed their training contract in a leading Law Firm or in-house business.
You will have good commercial experience and be comfortable reviewing, drafting & negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Ideally you will have had in-house experience and it would be advantageous to have supported a fast paced sales team (although not a requisite).
You will be c3+ years PQE.
