Description
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on and drafting in relation to GDPR.
- Advice in relation to IP protection and disputes.
- Commercial and dispute resolution advice
- Confidence in dealing with the broad range of issues.
- Excellent drafting skills and experience, and a willingness to apply those to new situations and areas of law.
Profile
- 3+ PQE UK qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience from a law firm or in-house.
- Ideally experience in a retail or similar environment written and spoken communication skills, ability to give clear and pragmatic advice of working under pressure, in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Able to communicate with all stakeholders within the business.
