A highly ranked firm in Milton Keynes is seeking to recruit a corporate paralegal to join in their corporate team. This paralegal wilk be working alongside the corporate and banking team on non contentious banking and corporate transactions.

As the successful corporate and banking paralegal your duties will include drafting and agreeing ancillary documents on banking and corporate transactions. You will be working on board minutes, shareholder resolutions, disclosure letters, basic security documents.

It is very important that you are able to show experience of working in corporate or banking with a reputable firm. You must also be able to show good academics.
