THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for 2 - 5 PQE Associate to join a well-established restructuring and insolvency team in London
The post holder will expected to advise on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring issues on a predominantly non-contentious basis. Core areas of the work will include; financial restructuring, work-outs, Directors' duties, acquisitions and disposals.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will have a solid restructuring and insolvency background, gained from a leading law firm or similar.
Candidates with an insolvency litigation background would also welcome to apply for this role
