Corporate Associate

I have been instructed on an excellent opportunity to join a leading US firm’s Corporate team in Liverpool.

The firm is a global heavyweight and is listed in legal directories for excellence across all disciplines. Their London office is well-established and the main hub of their offering in the European market.

Due to a continuous increase in work they are now looking to recruit a newly or recently qualified solicitor to their Mergers and Acquisition team in their top tier Corporate practice.

The successful candidate will come from an excellent academic background and will have trained at a leading US, International or National firm. You are likely to have completed a minimum or one training seat in Corporate and will have been exposed to a high quality and broad scope of work including; mergers and acquisitions, corporate fiancé, private equity and joint venture transactions. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and strong technical ability. You will have a clear drive and passion for establishing your career within Corporate law.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly or recently qualified Solicitor to join a globally renowned team and to work with an enviable client base advising on high profile and interesting transactions and deals.
