We are working alongside a leading national commercial firm looking to add a junior restructuring and insolvency solicitor to the national team. This is an opportunity to work in Manchester but extremely closely with the London team on London and international work without having to relocate to the City.

The Role

*In this mixed non-contentious restructuring and insolvency litigation role you will advise and assist company directors and businesses on the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters, including working with insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders.
*You will work in a busy role on complex advisory, contentious and transactional work, offering an exceptional balance of work and an ability to work in a team known for having specialist expertise in this area.

The Candidate

*The ideal candidate will be a restructuring and insolvency solicitor at the NQ - 3 year PQE level (albeit candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply), experience in insolvency and restructuring law and looking to build their career in this field.
*You will be eager to join a market leading team on complex work, offering clients market leading strategic advice.
