Employment Lawyer - Eastbourne
A well known full service law firm with offices across the South East are looking to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing employment law department in Eastbourne.
You will be working alongside several leading Employment Lawyers where you'll advise both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law including settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts/policies and dealing with TUPE.
In addition, you'll advise on HR issues and occasionally business immigration.You'll be managing employment tribunals and undertaking county court litigation.
You must be a qualified Employment Solicitor or FCILEx PQE likely with 2yrs+ PQE. You'll be used to handling employment law matters for both claimants and respondents, be commercially minded and be a team player.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience plus benefits and great career progression.
