Court of Protection Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent - Leading Legal 500 ranked law firm
A Junior Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-3yrs) is required for a fantastic opportunity within an award winning leading regional law firm in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
You'll be joining an established/dedicated Court of Protection team which is known as being one of the leading departments in the country. You will focus on Court of Protection matters and provide mental capacity law advice.
Your role will be to work closely with the other fee earners in handling all aspects of court of protection, Deputyship work, financial affairs and client who lack mental capacity following on from serious injury or medical negligence. You'll work very closely with both the personal injury team and private client team who handle Lasting Power of Attorneys and Personal Injury Trusts work.
You must have Court of Protection experience gained in a law firm and will likely be a junior Lawyer NQ-3yrs PQE (either Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal). Private Client Solicitors who have handled Court of Protection files as part of a broader case-load will also be considered. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent client servicing and business development skills.
