The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M & A caseload. It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team. The role will require you to have strong client facing skills as you will be liaising with clients from day one offering them strategic and commercial advice. You will be working with an entrepreneurial and forward thinking partner who has an excellent client base and is looking for a Senior Associate or a Junior Partner to work alongside them.

THE CANDIDATE:

This, however, is not mandatory and full management and leadership training will be provided.
