This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ-2 years PQE Solicitor to join a Contentious Private Client team, with an opportunity to kick start their legal career in a supportive team and progress and develop in their career.

In this critical hire, this established Legal 500 law firm in the Bournemouth area is looking for an NQ-2 year PQE Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a busy and recognised expanding private client team. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, to include contested private, probate and Trust claims, IPFDA litigation and Court of Protection work. You will be provided with the right support from day one in order to run your own caseload.

Your role as an NQ-2 year PQE Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor will involve:
  • Running your own caseload as well as assisting on more complex matters
  • A full range of contentious private client matters
  • Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
