A boutique family firm, which is first tier in both Chambers and the Legal 500, is looking to hire a part-time family solicitor for its South Bucks-based office.
The ideal family solicitor will have between 4-7 years PQE and will be able to demonstrate a track record of providing a bespoke and tailored family service to medium and high net worth clients. You should be able to deal with all the key areas of private family law, including divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications. Ideally you will have experience of promoting a firm’s services and will be able to assist with supervising junior lawyers.
The firm can offer a generous salary and could accommodate a candidate looking to work less than 5 days per week.
