THE ROLE:
This thriving regional practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to add to the expertise of the team and further the success they have recently experienced. The team work efficiently and cost effectively in order to ensure the best service is provided to their clients. The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will assist in providing expert advice in relation to a full range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, tenancy agreements and licenses, help to buy, shared ownership and property trust deeds. The caseload will be varied and the Solicitor should expect to take on a busy caseload from the outset. Due to the seniority of the appointment, the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will also support and assist more junior members of the team with their workload and their progression as a whole.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have at least five years of post-qualification experience gained within residential property. The Solicitor should have a detailed knowledge of all areas of residential property and be used to processing transactions from the initial stages through to post-completion. The Solicitor should have expertise in leasehold and freehold properties, and have worked on matters relating to shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy schemes. The Solicitor should be used to handling a heavy workload, be well organised and have the ability to meet multiple strict deadlines at any one time. It is important to our client that the Solicitor is personable and wishes to become a valued member of the team, as they will be expected to support other members of the team when needed.
