Are you an experienced RTA Litigation Executive (Fee Earner, Paralegal or Legal Executive) in Manchester looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to work with a long standing reputable practice?
Your new role will see you working alongside vastly experienced RTA and Personal Injury specialists within a really well regarded RTA department. You will be given sole responsibility for your own caseload of technical, litigated and high value RTA files which you will handle from instruction through to completion/settlement.
It is essential that you have previous experience handling your own fully litigated caseload and are confident and comfortable working autonomously. You will have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures and have ideally dealt with higher value and more complex claims.
You'll be joining a modern and progressive company with a national presence. You'll have the option to work from home whilst still being fully supported by higher management and HOD.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary (which will be in line with your previous experience) along with an extensive benefits package.
If you're a confident and talented RTA Litigation Executive (Fee Earner, Paralegal or Legal Executive) looking to join a leading law firm in the heart of Manchester, please apply today or contact Izzie Gilbert.
