Our client is a well-established high-street firm, located in the heart of Aberdeen, currently looking for an additional commercial property solicitor to help bolster the busy department.
With a well-established client base and a continuous influx of work, the department is seeking a solicitor NQ-3 PQE to become a part of this organic growth.
The successful candidate will undertake a caseload comprising of acquisitions, disposals, leasing (acting for landlords and tenants), plot sales, residential site acquisition and sales and the purchase/sale of licensed premises.
