Trusts/Private Capital Lawyer (Senior) - Rare senior level opportunity for an experienced non-contentious trusts and private wealth management lawyer to join a premier offshore law firm in Jersey. Outstanding prospects.

An opening exists for an experienced lawyer to join a highly respected team advising private clients, family offices, trust companies and other intermediaries on some of the most innovative and interesting private wealth management work in the world.

Joining in a senior-level position, you will play a key role in ensuring work is executed to the highest standards and you will also be influential in the training and development of more junior colleagues. What perhaps sets this role apart though, is the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the firm’s business development strategy as it seeks to realise an ambitious growth plan. The scope for career development really is excellent.

To be considered you will need strong credentials from a good UK/offshore/international trusts/private wealth practice. It is likely that you will have at least seven years’ pqe with significant experience of advising high-net-worth private clients on complex wealth management structures. Previous experience of working with international clients and/or advising on offshore trusts would be an asset but is not essential.
