Job description: A Local Authority in the North East has approached Venn Group’s public sector Legal team to recruit a Childcare Locum to join their team on a remote basis for 3 months with the high possibility of an extension.

The successful candidate will have experience with:

  • Handling a busy caseload
  • Dealing with all aspects of the case
  • Completing all the necessary paperwork and closing the files

Previous recent experience of Local Authority childcare cases is essential. Candidates will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister, however applications from non-qualified candidates will be considered where they have handled a Local Authority Childcare caseload.

Salary: £35 - £45 per hour
