Badenoch + Clark are currently recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham Headquartered company with an international reach. They are looking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to their established in-house legal function.
The role;
- Provides legal support on all contracts including, but not limited to, for the provision of
products, equipment, services, computer software.
- Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalises agreements and templates.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
- Provides legal guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinates responses to government requests for information and documents.
- Assists in the drafting of policies regarding the contracting process and ethics and compliance
matters.
Requirements;
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience dealing with commercial contracts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both from a management perspective, as well as for working
with internal clients and external parties.
- Strong desire to work in-house
