THE ROLE
A corporate associate/senior associate is now sought to join a collegial team.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be at the 4-7pqe level and have experience in corporate transactions (M&A) as well as wider general corporate experience such as drafting, negotiating and dealing with investment and shareholders' agreements, bespoke articles of association, reorganisations.
Able to run a transaction with some partner supervision support, you will largely be able to work confidently and independently and have strong project management skills.
While commercial contracts experience is not essential it would be of interest.
