Our client is a world class, industry leading business specialising in big-ticket, complex projects on a global scale. They continue to perform well despite current challenges and are forecasted to continue growing in 2021.

They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR & employment specialist lawyer to manage activities across the Balkans, Central and South-Eastern Europe.

Based in Serbia, you will report to the regional Head of Legal and oversee a wide range of HR / labour & employment matters internationally, including contracts, disputes and tribunals.

The role will suit a talented, commercially aware lawyer used to operating within a multinational environment.

The role holder will be the go-to person for HR, labour & employment law matters, so it is essential applicants have relevant experience. The ability to handle a demanding workload autonomously is essential.

For consideration your profile must fit the following criteria:

  • Serbian or compatible legal qualification
  • 5 PQE or above
  • 4 + years HR & employment law experience (in region)
  • Fluent Serbian and English essential. Other European languages will be an advantage
  • MNC background coupled with strong technical skills gained with a reputed law firm
  • Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills
