THE ROLE
Following a marked increase in workflow, the firm is looking for a qualified solicitor primarily to work in its highly ranked Property Litigation team.
This role is likely to appeal to someone who has a proven interest and focus in real estate litigation and is seeking a long term career as part of an established team operating within a highly profitable, long established and reputable West End firm.
ABOUT YOU
With 3-5pqe you will be expected to deal with management issues arising from institutional landlord clients as well as dealing with forfeitures and any insolvency issues.
You may also deal with residential matters, depending on workload and capacity.
With the ability to explore alternative dispute resolution at every stage of proceedings, you will need to be an extremely commercial and hands on lawyer.
