This is an opportunity for Commercial Property Solicitor to join a legal service firm in Kent/Sussex. This will suit an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent knowledge.
Commercial Property Solicitor Responsibilities
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor that can take responsibility for commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. You will be attending to ancillary matters (licences to assign, deeds of variation, assignments and surrenders etc). You will be given the responsibility to deal with sales and purchases of parts of a title and understanding transfer of part of provisions to include dealing with financing for commercial property.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will need an extensive understanding of standard enquiries, you must know Part two landlord and tenant act 1954 and procedures for excluding leases.
Commercial Property Solicitor Candidate/Package
