Commercial Property Paralegal - The Real Estate team of this to tier commercial practice is looking for a paralegal to join its commercial property team, principally specialising in public sector work and assisting on large-scale acquisitions and disposals as well as on-going property portfolio management.

• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Paralegal with commercial property experience. NB Strong LPC graduates with excellent academics will also be considered, provided they demonstrate a genuine interest in commercial property.

THE WORK

The real estate team advises clients which operate primarily in the public sector - this can be anything from local authorities to healthcare bodies as well as private companies who supply services to the public sector.

Work may consist of anything from a straightforward acquisition or disposal to on-going portfolio management. Candidates can expect to be involved in a wide range of tasks from drafting leases and licenses and reports on title to completing SDLT forms and providing general support to more senior fee earners.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Previous commercial property experience is crucial. Applicants should demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have a genuine interest in this area of law. The team is comparatively small, offering more junior fee earners the chance to be involved in all areas of a given real estate transaction.
