COSTS NEGOTIATOR - MANCHESTER

Costs Negotiator / draftsperson - A costs negotiator or draftsperson is urgently sought to join the claimant personal injury team of this leading, reputable Manchester firm. Candidates should ideally possess experience of clinical negligence and/or EL/PL-related costs as well as RTA. Our client is also looking for those with experience of precedent H costs budgets. However, a range of experience will be considered and those looking for a step up should certainly apply.

This is a leading full-service law firm, based in the heart of Manchester with a highly regarded claimant personal injury team advising on a range of matters including Serious and Catastrophic Injury, high value industrial disease (including asbestos-related claims) and birth injury cases.

The costs team therefore undertakes a range of high quality work and is looking to hire a costs negotiator / draftsperson who is able to draw on a range of experience. Alternatively, they are looking to hire someone looking to make a step up in their career. The claimant personal injury team is a highly successful department and offers real progression and career development for someone looking to develop their career in Costs.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

Candidates looking to apply should ideally be able to run a caseload of varied costs-related matters. Our client is ideally looking for someone who has also gained experience of Precedent H costs budgets. However, they are also looking for someone who is a real team player - the costs department is a busy team requiring staff to pitch in and assist wherever required.

You should expect exposure to high quality work, coupled with excellent training. Furthermore, this is a team which has an excellent team spirit and is recognised as a great place to work.
