Director of Operations
My client is a located in Manchester and they are looking for a Director of Operations. The firm work with law firms throughout the UK within multiple areas of law
The ideal candidate will have experience in an SRA/FCA environment in relation to a lead generation & consumer claims.
This is a busy role, so it would be beneficial if you have worked on multiple products at one time and are from an Claims Management/Legal high volume background.
You will work closely with senior leadership to improve the operational execution and client engagement and be confident in project managing large scale service transformation projects and report back to senior leadership teams on client journey and feedback
They're after someone who thinks like them. Differently. You'll be commercially sharp, with a knack of knowing how to get a business to communicate and operate better. This is what'll help you stand out.
