We have been instructed by a top tier French Insurance Company to source a French Legal Counsel with experience in Real Estate Law / PFI / M&A deals. The role is based in Paris.
This is a new and very exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join the risk team and as an Underwriter, be involved in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing real estate and M&A deals. The role has an international scope as you will be negotiating deals in France, Benelux, and across Europe.
To apply you need to be a French qualified lawyer with around 5 to 7 years of experience gained in a top tier international law firm or multinational company. Fluency in English is essential to fill this role.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who is keen to combine legal negotiation and business skills in a new and fast-growing business.
