An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier international firm for an experienced Immigration / Global Mobility Paralegal.

The firm has an excellent reputation globally and boasts a fantastic client base including some of the world’s biggest companies.

The Role

As part of a global team you will be responsible for corporate / business clients’ immigration needs to the UK and wider European counties as well as the Middle East and Asia.  You will manage the UK process autonomously, from drafting applications and certificates of sponsorship, and work closely with local attorneys for the other regions.

The Requirements

For the level of responsibility you will have it is anticipated you will have at least 4 years corporate / business immigration experience. The firm are aware that it is rare to have in-bound experience into countries outside of the UK, and the firm will provide full training and support for this. The firm will be looking for the senior immigration paralegal / associate to have experience with Tier 2 inter-company transfers, sponsorship licences etc.

The Progression

This is a new role for the London office and it is likely the team will grow, therefore you will have an accelerated path of progression as this happens.
