A leading regional practice with multiple sites across the Northampton and Leicestershire area is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor for its Leicester office to join an existing team of two fee earners.
The ideal candidate will be around 3 to 5 years' PQE, and whilst the firm will consider a more general litigation solicitor, you should be able to demonstrate that around 50% of your experience covers Contentious Probate matters. Your experience should cover Contesting the Validity of Wills, Inheritance Act Disputes, Trustee Disputes and Estate Disputes. A candidate who is ACTAPS qualified would be advantageous, but they can support someone who is studying or looking to start working towards this qualification. You can expect a market rate salary and benefits, and the firm can offer excellent prospects for progression and development.
