Residential Property Conveyancer

LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a prominent regional law firm on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Essex.

The successful candidate will be required to carry a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including help to buy and new builds, deal with re-mortgages, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive and have at least 2 years of residential property experience.
