Private Client Assistant/Legal Secretary
Due to continued growth, an established and growing full service law firm in Worthing, West Sussex are seeking an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary or Assistant to join their private client department.
Your role will be to assist a Private Client Solicitor handling a range of matters with a focus on estate planning/estate administration. This is your chance to be part of a highly successful and close knit team as well as part of a progressive, commercially successful but also friendly firm.
You must be an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant with proven experience assisting with all aspects of the estate administration process. You should also be able to assist with ensuring that files are compliant with our internal procedures and processes and for Lexcel accreditation and general secretarial duties and support. The ideal candidate will also have excellent IT skills and be able to work well in a largely paperless environment.
