LAW Absolute are working with an international network of higher-education institutions. This role is based in Switzerland. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their team to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified Solicitor with a broad range of commercial legal skills. You will report to the Group General Counsel where you will be structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have good training from a City firm or international firm.

Your work will include the drafting of; platform agreements, licences, terms & conditions, service agreements, partnership agreements with universities, representative agreements etc.
