This reputed and established South West firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its busy new homes conveyancing team in Salisbury.
You will join this successful department and work alongside an experienced team leader.
To apply for this role you must have at least one years' experience within new homes and plot sales conveyancing. You will already be a paralegal or legal assistant. Those with general conveyancing experience, which also includes new homes conveyancing, should get in touch. In this role you will be acting for buyers purchasing a newly built home.
You will be able to give exceptional client service at every stage of the transaction and go above and beyond to ensure your completions happen in a timely manner.
Excellent Salary to £22k + Benefits including healthcare and life assurance.
