This is a fantastic opportunity to come on board with one of Liverpools' leading claimant and defendant Personal Injury Insurance specialist practices, operating within its fast growing and friendly LVI & Fraud department.
The LVI & Fraud department has expanded rapidly over the last 12 months as it has received a number of new instructions from its UK wide insurer clients. As a result, the department is now looking for a confident and competent LVI & Fraud Litigation Executive (Fee Earner or Solicitor) to come on board.
You will handle your own caseload LVI & Fraud RTA files and be expected to work autonomously. You'll have full support from paralegals and administrators within the department to ensure that each claim is dealt with to the highest standard. Your caseload will mainly consist of litigated LVI & Fraud matters, so it is essential that you can demonstrate strong litigation skills and be able to pick up a litigated caseload easily and be able to hit the ground running.
