Rated tier 1, this outstanding real estate/commercial property team has a brilliant opportunity within its Aberdeen office for an experienced solicitor.
This exciting role will give you exposure to excellent quality real estate-based energy commercial property work (both renewable and mainstream), including transactional and project development-based work. In addition, your caseload will consist of landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases. You will gain excellent exposure, working closely with clients and helping to maintain and develop existing client relationships.
To be successful with your application, you must be at least 5 years' PQE with commercial property/real estate experience. Previous experience dealing with energy and renewables would be highly desirable. You must also play an integral part in ongoing business development, networking and mentoring junior solicitors. Highly competitive salary and benefits on offer.
