Corporate Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract
Our client, a leading international law firms seeks an experienced Corporate M&A lawyer to join their team, based in London on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Applications are sought from a Solicitor or barrister, ideally qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction with experience across private equity and M&A transactions across a range of sectors. Experience working across jurisdictions and/or with emerging markets is preferred.
Suitable candidates will have upwards of 5 years' PQE and a proven track record of leading deals and negotiations and be commercially astute.
Excellent remuneration package is offered.
