Our client, a forward thinking and top ranked national law firm, is looking for a talented commercial IT associate to join their successful TMT practice based in Milton Keynes.
In this key role, you will focus primarily on complex commercial contracts, covering IT/Technology and Outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce work for clients with UK and international interests. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial IT law in the market.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial IT practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have ca 2 years pqe although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
